No. You pay for the device once. The Fitdays app is free.
Which app do I use?
The free Fitdays app. It connects to your devices over Bluetooth.
Which apps does it sync with?
Apple Health, Google, Samsung Health and Fitbit.
Are Tracked products medical devices?
No. They are wellness products. The indicators are for information only.
Can I return my product?
In Europe (European Union, Norway, United Kingdom), you have 14 days to withdraw. Elsewhere, products are not taken back or refunded, except if faulty. See Shipping and returns.
How do I withdraw from my purchase?
You have 14 days after delivery. The model form is on the Right of withdrawal page.
What is the warranty?
2 years in Europe. See Warranty.
