Refund policy

Products are not taken back or exchanged, and no refund is given for a change of mind, except in the two cases below.

Europe: 14-day right of withdrawal

If you live in the European Union, Norway or the United Kingdom, you have 14 days after delivery to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason.

Return shipping is paid by you. We refund you once we receive the product, using the payment method of the order. The details and the model form are on the Right of withdrawal page.

Everywhere: faulty or non-conforming product

If your product arrives damaged, does not work or does not match your order, write to [contact e-mail address] with your order number and a photo of the problem.

We repair it, replace it or refund you, according to the law of your country. Shipping costs are then paid by us. See the Warranty page.
