Your right
You have 14 days to withdraw, without giving a reason.
The period starts on the day you, or a person you designate, receive the product. For an order delivered in several parcels, it starts when the last parcel is received.
How to withdraw
Inform us of your decision before the period ends, with a clear statement. You can use the form below, but you do not have to.

Returning the product
Send the product back no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal, to the following address: [return address].
Return shipping is paid by you.
You may be liable for any loss in value of the product caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Refund
We refund all payments received, including standard shipping costs, no later than 14 days after being informed of your withdrawal.
The refund uses the payment method of the order, unless agreed otherwise. It may be delayed until we receive the product or proof that it has been sent. It may be reduced if the product has lost value because of handling beyond what is necessary to try it.
