1. Purpose

Tracked products are connected wellness devices. They are not medical devices. Their features are described on each product page.
The products connect over Bluetooth to the free Fitdays app, published by [Fitdays app publisher]. Use of the app is subject to its own terms.

5. Prices and currencies
Prices are set in euros. They may be shown in your local currency, at the day's exchange rate.

6. Customs duties and import taxes

10. Right of withdrawal

11. Returns and refunds
Products are not taken back or exchanged, and no refund is given for a change of mind. This rule does not limit the right of withdrawal in section 10 or the warranties in section 12.
A product that is faulty, damaged on delivery or non-conforming is repaired, replaced or refunded, according to the law of your country of residence. Shipping costs are then paid by us.
Customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees paid by the customer are never refunded.
12. Warranties
You benefit from the legal warranties provided by the law of your country of residence. In the European Union, the legal guarantee of conformity lasts 2 years after delivery.
